It doesn't apply here, but does a different costume count as some level of work being done? I know it's hard to tell when they pics are not all grouped together.
The ones marked with a red X should be removed. The first two are focused on the holiday. The core message of the photo is not the production, but the actor celebrating a holiday.
But the holiday posters from the official production itself are ok? Or is it a case by case situation? I ask, because I was getting ready to upload some Chinese traditional calendar posters from an official movie weibo, that has the solar term holidays on it, illustrated with landscape scenes and sets on them.
Thanks for the Gu Zi Cheng recommendation. I've only actually seen him in one older drama, but his performance stood out to me.

Depends... needs to be significantly different and not duplicative of an outfit that is already in a "more official" pic (i.e., if studio uploads a pic with the same outfit and the pic has show's official logo on it, then something similar from an actor could be redundant).

Honestly, if there are doubts about whether a pic is allowed, I recommend not uploading it. Our goal here is not to collect every possible picture related to a production. You're better off spending your time uploading photos that you are fairly certain belong in the gallery.
