Use this page to check its status. https://kisskh.at/edit/pending/titles It's the only place to see what's pending and easier than searching to see if it's been approved yet. You'll only receive a notification if it's been rejected.
This page is fairly new and hardly mentioned anywhere - bookmark it and make a note of it somewhere, or remember to return to your thread here to find it again. The devs understand the existing submission process is flawed and are working on something new. I have no idea when it might be implemented. At least we have the pending titles page now.
How long - how long is a piece of string? It depends on how much information you've provided, how well you've evidenced it, and how much they need to research further. It also depends on how busy approval staff for that particular country are at the moment.
