list formatting issues.

much like Ginag21 in this linked ticket the formatting seems to have disappeared from any new additions and now my tiered list/indenting option is nowhere in sight. i'm able to approximate the original formatting by copying and pasting but the spacing is off—it's mainly affecting this recommendations list, if that helps. hopefully it can be fixed, i really don't want to have to redo everything <333
