From what I understand, it could depend on the actor, production company or even broadcasting channel. CH3 once banned real kisses, but I think that ban has been lifted, since most of their recent shows feature real kisses. Some actresses like Noon Woranuch, Aff Taksaorn and Kwan Usmanee rarely go for real kisses. I think it also has to do with their culture.
