Help me find this drama please :)

Hello, I have been having some problems with finding one particular drama for a few months now. I watched it on youtube but I can't seem to find it anymore. Basically it's about a girl with shorter hair, I think around her shoulders  that meets a boy who can play the guitar and he basically starts taking her on dates, she has an older brother who I think writes books. Also I think the boy and the girl had a stargazing date one time? And in the end the boy ends up in a hospital and she goes to visit him and confess her feellings. I thiink it was a thai drama and it was in the youth, school kinda environment. I would be extremely thankful, if someone knows what drama it is. I have been browsing in my history up to the beginning of the year and could not find anything! XD

I think those 1 come from the same show but I'm not 100% sure.  I tried to look at this BTS chinese channel, but without success.

Sadly, It's not this show. I know the channel is the CH7 channel, but I don't know if it's relevent because maybe several TV channels could  exchanges some shows... and those are subtiltle in Chinese.

Those actress of the mind game are cool, but they are not the same. Thanks for you help too :)
