The Long Ballad became one of my faves because Liu Yuning and Zhao Lusi were in it! The story was so good that I wished they'd be in a separate one as main leads and get so much more of them together. They just go well as partners ToT. I'm so so so so happy about this new drama coming out of the blue.
One thing though, someone else dubbed for Liu Yuning's voice. He doesnt sound the same as in The Long Ballad. Wonder if it becomes a personal problem lol. I loved his voice in The Long Ballad.
I'll probably force myself to wait until they air all episodes before starting epi1 so I can watch it nonstop.
I've also been waiting for them to reunite ever since TLB. HaoYan just hits different and they still are one of my favorite CP, maybe even my favorite ever.
LYN always does his own dubbing and it's also the case here for TSoPG. He recorded it just last month after finishing filming A Dream within a Dream. ZLS is also dubbing herself here, she recorded it right after finishing filming Love's Ambition.

Liu Yuning dubbed himself in tlb,he only has 2 dramas that he was dubbed and it was the first 2 dramas he had since he's a newbie.

He dubbed himself. He mightve sounded different is probably bc it was before his vocal cord surgrey or maybe a shirt time after. But Ning ge had badly damaged vocal cords before
