Timeline of Ancient Love Poetry - The Last Immortal and Moonlight Mystique

In ALP, there are 3 True Gods who are MC of the drama, Bai Jue, Jing Yuan aka  Tian Qi, and Shang Gu. In ALP, Yue Mi (Xing Yue) is just an immortal Deity, not an Ancient God and is a close friend or sworn sister of Shang Gu.

In ALP there are 5 true gods of whom Xuan Yi transformed to Devil God. Yue Mi (Xing Yue) was a god in the God Realm in Ancient time. She was not just an immortal Deity. Yue Mi was at high rank, just lower than those true gods.
MM deviated a lot from the original work. The script writer re-write the God Realm and its structure to fit the narrative. However, i believe that the author still kept some basic concepts. Since the drama was still on-going viewers have not had the whole picture about their life in God Realm in Ancient time. Below is my prediction:

•  Jing Yuan is Demon True God and his role is in parallel with Tianqi's 
• Xing Yue: I have a feeling she is merge of Shang Gu and Bai Jue with Yue Mi's love for Tianqi. She would have the role to maintain the existence of the world as Shang Gu, having immortal power as Bai Jue. And she was rational, prioritized responsibility as Bai Jue
• Mo Li: is Xuan Yi. Mo Li had hidden power which is combination of immortal and demonic power. However, this kind of power in MM carries negative properties, destroying rather than creating life as Chaos power in ALP. Hidden power in MM more resembled devil power which was practiced by Xuan Yi. In fact, Xuan Yi's devil power was merging of his original Chaos power (~immortal + demon power) and the dead or negative spirit.

Below is my prediction:

If your prediction is true, then it will be some kind of ALP reboot, not related to ALP-TLI universe at all. Because if it's related, then we'd have the true gods role overlapping,  where's Bai Jue/Shanggu in this universe? Instead we have Yuemi with chaos power. And is that Bai Jue's bow that she used to shoot Fan Yue? The love story of Tianqi-Yuemi is completely different from ALP.   Is this the original story of the novel? 

Aah so sad.. now I just have to erase it all  on my mind and come to terms with the fact that it is a different story with the other two series. But I still love this so much!

I dont know anything about the novel of this part so as i started the episodes i still felt that it was going along well until e34 where they literally changed the backstory of leads that was in ALP/shangu novel ...when they kept mentioning 60k years battle as i watched I always kept in mind tht they are talking about the Devil true god xuan yi's battle because thats whr yuemi's fall happens but whn they started getting into the backstory I was perplexed at first but then i felt similarities to how xing yue  was basically Bai jue in female form .... regarding jing yuan / tianqi his persona was still same as og one but wht i didnt like was tht they changed the power scale btw tian qi and  yuemi basically like i know she was a high level  god only just below the true gods but here they literally reversed it... regarding Moli imho they tried to make him into something like xuan yi but they ended up making an inferior version or pathetic version of him because xuan yi had valid reasons to deviate from his true god path that was in alp here moli was juat having a god complex it was like that so after e34 i understood tht they not going to connect the dots to parent story alp anymore as thats where they could have done it if they followed the og backstory  despite this all I really felt satisfied with all the characters conclusion the cause and effect of thr lives how it lead to one after other really enjoyed the arcs regarding the contemplations and of the romance development was very well done despite the origin story changes what i was dissatisfied was they could done those last 7 ep even better if they followed along the og backstory

It's not based on the original novel, I guess. This however, is loosely based on that novel but not it's adaptation. And yes, you can say it's a reboot of ALP with different MCs 

Should've think of it that way since the beginning LOL. But then I wouldn't having this fun discussion :) Thank you guys!
