My favorite BL series so far <3

This drama holds a big place in my heart. So precious to me, the way important subjects are treated was quite unique and well done compared to what I'm used to. The Off-Gun alchemy is trough the roof, but of that I'm not surprised. (And the music... damn, it needed to be mentioned). The best GMMTV show i've seen so far.

MUST WATCH!

MASTERPIECE. 

The choice of casting is really good. The plot is far from boring without being overwhelming, perfect balance. The tension between the two protagonists works so well. Still some red flag moment are important to take into account but I feel like it was included in the characters more than scenaristic mistakes.
You can feel the budget on this one and this really made the difference.

Trapped in my heart

Another drama that earned his rating. It was so good, loved it. The way the alchemy is built between the two work so well. The actors are so good, you can really feel the emotions flow all along. It's original how they treated the mafia side of this show. 

Another must watch my friend.

It brought me to tears! 

OMG this show is so good. Really qualitative building and evolution of the relation. 

The ending really changes form what we are used to see and I liked that abt this show, because it really made an impact, (SPOILER:) and sometimes we need these kind of ending to remind us how short life is.

Nothing more to say except: LOVED IT.

Must watch.

A favorite of mine!! 

One of the best show I watched back in the days. I love that they really took the time to build a healthy relationship. Plus the alchemy between Off and Gun is great as always. I re-watched it so many times.

Kind of a classic: Must watch.

A well deserved sequel of UWMA

Loved them in "Until We Meet Again", they were my favorite characters. It was so good for the heart to finally have THEIR history, their side with more details. Loved it they are so cute and good for each other. The building of the relationship feels really naturally made. I enjoyed this couple so much.

Longing, passion, intensity

So good, the dynamics between the two is perfect (as usual). However, it felt a bit long at some points near the end of the show but I still really liked it. If you're looking for real longing between characters, here it is. This one is a must watch.

A great balance of everything

I liked how they cut the series into two parts for the two main couples, and it was really intersting to have 4 REALLY different characters, particularly the 2nd couple who had a delicate background to deal with. It created a great balance of everything.

I saw some other reviews and I don't get why such low ratings. Yes there was a bit of forcing on Payu's side, but it didn't last and it was nothing toxic like some people said. This series has its cute and its sexy moments. Personally, I particularly liked it and re-watched it multiple times.

An agreable surprise

Really cool show, not a fan of the Omegaverse thing but I knew what I was getting into when I started it, and I must say it was not cringy like I though it would be so... good. Liked Babe's character, as well as the actor, good discovery. Iliked the fact that Babe wasn't the top, their breaking codes and I'm here for it.

The tension is through the roof!

Two exes, two individuals with history between them who learn the gets to know each other again. This is the kind of plot that I prefer. Its cute, yet there is also so much tension between them, and i'm here for it!

I would've like to see more of Kaoki an Nudee though, but still what we had was cute.

Just for the first main couple

The rating concerns the main couple ONLY, because what the fuck is that guy from the second one!! Red freakin flag!

But I still wanted to remember how cute were the main protagonists so here is the rating.

Really short yet... 

It's the series itself that felt rushed (just like most Korean bl series in general), but it was still correct and good. I don't know what it is about this show that made me like it so much (maybe the "artistic" side of it) but it was worth my watch. 

Simple, pure, ... a hidden gem.

What I like about this series is its simplicity. 

An enemies to lovers story, but without doing too much in complicating the plot for no reason. The perfect amount of everything, the good alchemy between the protagonists.

It makes you go with the flow without being bored at all, it's a yes for me. 

(won't go watch the 2nd season though, prefer to keep that as it is)

A classic full of emotions

OMG, if you are looking for deep emotions, here they are. Really great show following the red threat theory, so ofc I loved it. I must say I preferred the second leads though (still the mains were really great).

A must watch.

A good surprise

Tbh I was a bit scared to watch it at first, given some reviews I've seen abt it. But in the end I really didn't think it was so bad, dare I even say that it was a good. Of course if you're looking for a new series that will make you feel eager to watch each new upcoming episode, that's not the one. I think it's more of an easy going series to watch while chilling. (+ ofc the good NC material). I quite liked it, and I really enjoyed the vibe between P' and Pan, you can really see that they are a thing irl.

Fun, cute, and touching 

The plot is original, dare i say, a breath of fresh air at the time i saw it.

It was really fun to watch, but also cute, and touching, i really enjoyed that one. It's not a real BL story if you ask me (cause the girl is still: a girl, even in this man's body), but the protagonists were cute, and the characters around too. I also remember how touching was the ending.

A big yes if you like soap

Okay so, it was really cute, I think it's more a confort show than something you watch for the hype. It has really a cute vibe all along ("cute" is not my favorite type in a bl, so it explains the rating I gave it) but still really enjoyed it. Plus all the boys of the group were so unique in their own way, I loved that each of them was really detailed. A must watch, that I will definitely rewatch myself.

Not my fav but cute. I really enjoyed it, the plot was good though the end felt a bit long.

Could have been better

I really liked the plot at the time, because it changed from the "school" setting we were used to see. Lacked a bit a action and intensity in the scene that did not concern just the protagonists.

But i think i'll re-watch it with a fresh eye one day to give it a second chance, because i would still recommend this show if someone was to ask me about it.

My first BL

My fist BL that's why I rated it so high at first, but I think it's worth less today. Plus the scene when Type is asleep is a "No thanks".

I don't think they understood the concept of consent really well in this show. Plus, the "I don't like men I just like you" thing, come on.. denial don't make things cute or more intense.

As usual for KBLs

Cute, but a bit boring if you ask me. I feel like it is a similar impression that occurs to me for most of KBL i watch. 

A bit overhyped but still a classic

Truthfully, not the best thing I watched, but I remember that I still really enjoyed it at the time, something that I really loved is the cinematography. 

It puts the finger on really important aspects of coming of age in the life of these young boys, and also treats really well the tourments brought by the fact of being a boy loving another boy. 

It's not the best if you are looking for a big plot, action, etc... But it's a bit of a classic and a must watch if you ask me.

Cutie cute

It’s quite good, really cute and somehow still realistic about the development of the characters. Would have got a better grade from someone who prefers soapy series. 

Ps: Kim PISSED me off the whole time, i really didn't like his character

To kill boredom in between two "real" series

Cute when you have nothing else to watch to pass time. But not my cup of tea.

Two episodes peer couple, i remember i liked Nuea's character at the time, as well as his relation with Sun. 

Otherwise, not bad but not enough to be full in on it.

Wtf did I just watch (in a fun tone, no hate). I feel like it's not really a series, so I cannot grade it like one. Still +0.5 for some real material thought by our guy, he knows his subject.

Okay.. i guess

(I'm writing this a long time after the viewing of the series)

It's was cute from what i remember, but honestly it was also mid, from the scenario to the acting. At some point, I started getting bored from the middle of the show all the way through the end.

Could've been so much better 

The plot is original, but just on paper. Indeed, the series turns out to be quite plain. The visual FX are really bad, this needed to be said. It's weird because i didn't feel that much alchemy between the two protagonists, which is quite ironic given the fact that their were dating even at the time the series was shot. 

Overall the acting was not the best to. It's no all bad, but not enough to convince me.

Okay a plot is building. They're cooking, waiting to see what's coming. 

WTF

Damn that red flag that is Sorn... Wtf was that series. At some point even trying to romanticize non consensual acts when the character should have finally reached a redemptive behavior..! 

It wasn't as bad a I thought, because it only took me 3 days to finish, but I'm still disappointed by the fact that SO MANY things could have been done better.

Just for the sequel...

Only watched it to have the context for "Season of love in Shimane". It's only good if you're into NC scenes and are not looking for much history around it.

Honestly don't get the hype around that show. 

It felt so plain and no realistic all the way through the end. Its was BORING and I hated Akk's character. All along, I felt like every single action that took place was just an excuse to bring the two protagonists together, it's the case for every series I know but here it really felt "artificial" and badly brought to the plot.

No hate to the actors though, they are the only thing I liked.
