  • Resident Playbook

    1. Resident Playbook

    Korean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes

    9.0

An amazing drama, enjoyed it a lot.  Very solid writing for both the story and characters. The characters were obviously the highlight, with fun interactions and dynamics. The romance was also great, slow-paced, with a lot of nice scenes. Oh Yeong fr a mood. The cameos were also fun.

  • Happiness

    2. Happiness

    Korean Drama - 2021, 12 episodes

    8.5

A solid and fun show throughout. The leads were the main attraction; their interactions were great. One scene that stood out was the callback by the ML to baseball when he threw the keys, pretty tuff.

  • Why Is He Still Single?

    3. Why Is He Still Single?

    Chinese Drama - 2025, 16 episodes

    8.5

The leads were great. The interactions between the MC and everyone else were very fun. It was also nice to see the MC progress and create healthier relationships with his family and those around him. However, the highlight was, once again, the scenes with ML and FL. It was nice that they were older.

  • The Worst of Evil

    4. The Worst of Evil

    Korean Drama - 2023, 12 episodes

    8.0

Extremely entertaining from start to finish, with gripping cliffhangers that got me clicking the next episode. The MC's slow decline was handled well. It was sad seeing his relationship with his wife deteriorate, and him changing for the worse slowly, losing those around him and his morality. His dynamic with Jung Gi Cheol was great; they built a strong brotherly bond that wasn't one-sided, which, as a result, hurt both of them.

The side characters were also strong. Jung Gi Cheol's gang was very devoted and loyal, so although he was they were the antagonists, it was saddening to see them drift apart.

The ending was solid. Having PJM kill JGC was a very nice touch, as once again, he was forced to kill to protect his life, this time his wife's sanity.

  • Hidden Love

    5. Hidden Love

    Chinese Drama - 2023, 25 episodes

    8.0

No friend of an elder brother acts like this towards his friend's sister. That being said, this was a great watch; quiet without many major hurdles. The pacing, although slow, was handled solidly, which is impressive because most of the drama is just scenes of the main couple.  However, this was also a negative because they didn't really flesh out any other characters, nor give all of them a proper conclusion, despite introducing a plot point (like the romance between her friend and the athlete).

  • Spirit Fingers

    6. Spirit Fingers

    Korean Drama - 2025, 12 episodes

    7.0

A fun drama with fun characters. It was solid until the ending, which was extremely rushed and unrealistic.

The FL's character was the highlight. I liked the progression of the FL, her struggling with her confidence, and discovering her passion.

The second romance wasn't great, many pointless things, and drawn out. I think the drama would've fared better if the writing for the side characters had been better.

  • Cunning Single Lady

    7. Cunning Single Lady

    Korean Drama - 2014, 16 episodes

    7.5

LMJ is great. She did a great job. The main couple was the highlight; they had good chemistry. Their being previously married was very believable, largely due to the FL's character; she really gave off "wife" vibes. I haven't really felt this way for other dramas or couples. As an example, when she sees a thread on his coat in the elevator and instinctively starts to remove it.

The 2nd leads were okay, but the whole thing between them and the main leads was very drawn out.
