Golden Child's Choi Bo Min to make a special cameo appearance in 'Crushology 101' Song U Yeon is an awkward and seemingly utterly unremarkable high school student who lives a bland and boring existence. But when she receives a mysterious smartphone message inviting her to join an art club named Spirit Fingers, her life turns upside down. She accepts the offer, only to discover that the club’s members all have their own distinct colors – which are all linked intrinsically to their personalities. This puts her on a collision course with the seemingly brash and gregarious Red Finger, as she begins to grow into her own new identity as Baby Blue Finger. Could U Yeon’s artistic journey lead her on the path to self-discovery – and maybe romance? ? Spirit Fingers — Beautiful Lessons, Messy People
This drama is packed with some really solid messages. It reminds us that everyone has their own colors (and talents), that comparing kids does more harm than good, that parents actually need to listen to their children, and that being older doesn’t automatically make you right. Honestly, I loved these lessons — they were thoughtful and hit exactly where they needed to.But… if we push the messages aside and look only at the story? I can’t say I loved it. 😅 Yes, everyone has their own scars, but does that give them the right to make someone else suffer? Especially someone they’ve known since forever, someone who keeps trying their best to make them feel safe? Sometimes I just wanted to scream, “Communicate, please!!”
The drama has heart and meaning, but the characters can be frustrating — and there’s a high chance you’ll end up disliking at least two people by the end. Just a warning. 😌
If you’re watching for life lessons, emotional growth, and artsy vibes, Spirit Fingers is definitely worth checking out. But if you’re expecting a smooth, feel-good story… this one might test your patience a bit. 🎨💛
P.S. (3 Dec 2025) – And yes, it is a happy ending with some meaningful realizations. Also, guys… we really need to talk our heart out sometimes. It saves so many misunderstandings. 💛
Heartwarming
Although I too really liked the entire series I just felt the last episode was way too rushed. every fight and confrontation was obviously meant to happen but they just bombarded everything in the last episode. And everything just got magically fixed after that. Yes though it is obviously fiction but there were so many real life relative aspects in the series that made it feel so relatable and thus it all just mending on its own felt unfulfilling, that's not how things work in real life.At the end of the day Spirit Fingers is proof that you can make a good romcom without throwing in some crazy storylines, just needs to be cute and funny. The cast chemistry was good. Heartfelt healings and friendship, hilarious characters, it truly had it all. This show was very wholesome and everyone needs to watch it at least once.
