After the ML chickened out in Ep 18

Not drunk, not panicked and not deceiving others or the ML. 

The ML confessed his feelings but acknowledged they were one-sided. Then he was very caring, and the FL was touched.

The ML took a step towards the FL but saw her hesitation and stepped back. The FL took the initiative from there. She was not drunk or deceiving anyone else. The ML and FL were alone and not strangers. Rather they were in a "some" relationship getting to know each other before deciding whether to date officially. 

Saving the ML's life

ML kisses the FL on the cheek while drunk.

FL kisses the ML on the lips while he is drunk / mostly asleep. She had been drinking but wasn't noticeably drunk.
