High quality costumed dramas

These are dramas with excellent storytelling, good acting and great production values. Of course, this is based on my personal opinion/tastes. These are dramas that I have watched, so this list will continue expanding as I watch more. I am also excluding "fast food" dramas that I did enjoy but I do not consider high quality.

PS: Originally I wanted to just restrict to wuxia dramas, but I may end up with comments telling me, "but this is not wuxia" etc, so decided to be more generic ;)
