Gay reality shows

Thailand complicates this list because it conflates dating shows with shows about finding BL/GL acting partners, which doesn't sound healthy, but they mitigate the harm by being fairly private about how much dating is actually happening among the cast. Thailand (shockingly) doesn't have any gay dating shows that are only about dating, without an acting job afterwards. So I called the list 'gay reality shows' rather than 'gay dating shows' to sidestep the issue.
