101. One Spring Night
Korean Drama - 2019, 32 episodes
The first half or so was a unique and intimate experience. The latter portion was unnecessarily repetitive.
It seemed to me that even with several storylines, there was a lack of planning, making the flow a bit choppy. The dialogue, especially for the side characters, was overly simplistic. Those characters seemed more like props, saying what they needed to say, only to get the plot going, rather than speaking as fully realized characters with their own voices.
While the score might get lower if I think about it, I wanted to like this much more. Maybe I'll leave it at 7. -

-
109. Reborn Rich
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
(14/16) Dropped it before the rating could get any lower. Good to know I was right. I'm rating only what I watched, which may actually be better for it.
-
110. Vampire Prosecutor
Korean Drama - 2011, 12 episodes
The show being episodic makes it more difficult to rate as it depends on the episode. Also, I think it's easier to write in 1 hour chunks.
-
111. Sweet Home
Korean Drama - 2020, 10 episodes
Came across as trying to do a lot but not actually excelling at any of it. I don't even think the show knew what it was supposed to be.
-
112. Kingdom
Korean Drama - 2019, 6 episodes
-
113. When the Phone Rings
Korean Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
The beginning, the sign language, and some of the romance were the high points. Great couple, if that is all you care about. i would even give it an 8 if you cut off the drama at a certain point. While romcoms' plots are often understandably weak, here, it seems the writer dropped in anything to continue a fake thrill, even if it made zero sense.

114. King the Land
Korean Drama - 2023, 16 episodes
At least it didn't piss me off. It was ordinary.
-
115. God's Gift: 14 Days
Korean Drama - 2014, 16 episodes
-
116. Memories of the Alhambra
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
-
117. Cheese in the Trap
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
It didn't bother me that the show doesn't follow the webtoon. People should be able to enjoy a show without ever reading the source material. However...
It started as a thoughtful slice-of-life but then transformed into a trash trope. I could give it a lower score, but I won't. It could've been a 9.5.

118. Backstreet Rookie
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
-
119. Princess Hours
Korean Drama - 2006, 24 episodes
-
120. The Kidnapping Day
Korean Drama - 2023, 12 episodes
The first few episodes were enjoyable, especially because of the child actress and character.
Shows really need to stop with the awkward English.
Probably my fault that it took me 3 years to finish this. I started at the beginning each time, but lost interest on the same ep. Difficult to take this show seriously.

121. Hi Bye, Mama!
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
It could've been structured differently so that the FL wasn't so frustrating. The utter selfishness of most of her behaviors ran contrary to the core message. The drama tried to force us to see her a certain way by glossing over giant plot holes using sloppy explanations, leading to even bigger frustrations. One of the character's rants towards her sums up the experience perfectly. Unfortunately, her response to that rant became a reminder of the show's tendency to give irrational excuses with the expectation that we accept it and move on.
Not all is bad because at the surface, there is a very thin layer of that message, making the show at least somewhat likeable. But man... touch just one of those sticks supporting the story and all will come crashing down.

122. Marry My Husband
Korean Drama - 2024, 16 episodes
It went from WTH to WTF to WTFH to me wanting to write an article about the decline of kdramas to me realizing this trash isn't worth any more of my time.

123. Golden Cross
Korean Drama - 2014, 20 episodes

124. Yong Pal
Korean Drama - 2015, 18 episodes
-
125. Arthdal Chronicles Part 2: The Sky Turning Inside Out, Rising Land
Korean Drama - 2019, 6 episodes
As more pieces of the foundation fall apart, the only direction the rating can go is down.
-
126. Extraordinary You
Korean Drama - 2019, 32 episodes
It's cute and simple to watch. It has a great concept but the writer doesn't trust the viewers enough to figure out what's going on. Instead, everything is explained, sometimes even ahead of time, taking away any enjoyment. It could've been a mini drama.

132. See You in My 19th Life
Korean Drama - 2023, 12 episodes
You know when you hypothetically order something from Wish dot com and you're super excited because of the pretty pictures? You get it in the mail, you open the pretty box, press the power button on the machine and it coughs and sputters. But you're still hyped with anticipation because surely, maybe it was user error. ...so you keep trying until the item's structure falls apart in your hands and all you're left with is the pretty box. Take that expectation and lower it.
The wacky tone here is on purpose because that's how seriously the show took its audience. -

-
134. Miraculous Brothers

Korean Drama - 2012, 20 episodes
-
139. Lovely Runner
Korean Drama - 2024, 16 episodes
Very little story stretched out over 16 episodes. The acting by the FL gave me flashbacks to Extraordinary You, except the cartoonish acting wasn't limited to her. However, the most frustrating aspect was the wasted potential set up in the first few episodes. It threw out the most interesting parts and replaced them with the worst tropey storyline. Penalized for not finishing what it started and the excessive filler.

-
141. Introverted Boss
Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes
-
142. Something in the Rain
Korean Drama - 2018, 16 episodes
I didn't remember my criticisms of One Spring Night before watching this but they're exactly the same. Bland and repetitive dialogue. Lifeless characters that morph when it's necessary for the plot. "plot" The adults behave and think like children or psychopaths. Much of the episodes are filled with scenes of characters crying or "deep in thought". I can't remember if OSN was this bad..

It was so campy, I could not go on.
-
145. Arthdal Chronicles Part 3: The Prelude to All Legends
Korean Drama - 2019, 6 episodes
One of the most frustrating shows I've watched, possibly ever. Coming from the duo that gave us Six Flying Dragons and Tree With Deep Roots, I had very high expectations.
