I have watched very few Chinese and Taiwanese movies and I wanna change that! (source: Original List)
My preference:
- not a fan of tearjerkers (unless it is extremely good)
- romcoms, but romance or comedy is not a must.
- sound or logical plot over anything else
- romance needs chemistry
- not boring (doesn't have to be exciting, but must be engaging)
- character arcs
