This list features series and movies that blend mystery and horror elements, ranging from supernatural themes to psychological tension and darker storytelling. While these two genres are the common ground, many titles also include additional elements such as romance, drama, or action, offering a more varied viewing experience.

The selection is based strictly on kisskh’s official genre classifications—only titles tagged with both “Mystery” and “Horror” are included. As a result, some fitting titles may be excluded if they are not labeled with both tags.

It covers releases from 2020 to 2026, primarily from South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China, and Thailand, with occasional entries from Hong Kong and Singapore. All versions are considered, including uncut editions and special cuts.

Comedy, sitcom, and documentary titles are excluded, along with overly graphic elements such as explicit gore.
