The list follows kisskh’s official genre classifications—only titles tagged with both “Sci-Fi” and “Horror” are included, so some relevant titles might not be listed.

It includes releases from 2020 to 2025, primarily from South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China, and Thailand, with occasional entries from Hong Kong and Singapore. All available versions are considered, including uncut and special editions.

Comedy, sitcom, and documentary titles are excluded, as well as overly graphic content such as explicit gore.
