*The BL Rabbit Hole**

This is not solely a BL. The side couple is BL and they are the main highlight of the show tbh.

Here we go again with another high-school based love story but... I'm a sucker for Korean storytelling and this one has such a cool concept. The premise is good.  All about a mono and his probe. It is a love lesson on colour theory. A love akin to bringing colour to the colour blind (literally). A first love that breathes life into a colourless existence, yet with  an air of obsession and crazy. The story is kind of ridiculous and dramatic in a lot of ways but pretty typical of romance. It does feel a bit  unresolved for me overall. That said, Its cute, different and short .A fun watch!

This was really popular for a reason in the first quarter of 2025.I think the leads have great chemistry and their NC scenes were a highlight for many.  Plot itself was so so but the charcters  had the emotion. I just could not buy into the world and  fast forwarded quite a bit tbh. This is a manga adaptation and admittedly I have not read the source material.
This did not connect for me so i was not that invested in the story. The production quality is pretty good here though.

This is really popular.It is the fluffiest of fluff. Zero stakes. No stress. It is fun rom com with a silly premise. This was the 2025 hit  but for me it was just a nice enough  watch. It just did not connect for me like it did for others but the actors have improved greatly from the first project i saw them in together(fish uopn the sky which i did not like). It was sweet but not memorable for me.

I'm all for best friends to lovers but this one was just okay. I can only describe the story and relationship dynamic as strained. If they wanted angst they should have leaned more into it.I think it borders on an I'm only gay for you type of love  to a degree without explicitly say that. It is kind of  a pity as I wanted to like this more but  there were no  butterflies for me . This is still watchable although a  bit rushed.  I think I just expected more but it is not that bad.

The premise sounded just like another queer-bait story, but i gave it a chance. This could have been so great. If anything you should watch it for Lee Hak-joo, he did a bloody good job portraying Kang Tae won and carried the show. It’s a cute story with problematic aspects but watchable in that regard. It low-key feels like they were tip toeing or walking on eggshells to tell the story. I would have loved if the twist was that the ML was actually gay pretending to be straight but actually gay or something. I applaud how they handled Kang Tae won's(the only actual gay character) development which was literally the saving grace of the show .

Venus and Sky were close  friends one day and strangers the next. They reunited and worked through their misunderstandings and gave love a second chance.  This show was just okay but kind of sadly forgettable. Some would watch this  for the  spicy scenes between the  leads but there was not enough chemistry to overlook everything for me. I  have seen worse but i was bored with the story overall and did not really care about the characters that much. It is still  light and casually watchable though. I just was not invested at any point.

Your Typical University Thai BL but this feels like an alternate or fan fiction universe of the 2moons series but...way messier. This show is all over the place but there is a charm to it . I wouldn't take this too seriously or apply logic. Watch for the Mark Kit fluff and forget the plot lol.

Pretty much a train wreck! If you saw the first season then you know there was no salvaging anything plot wise. Turn your brain off and just have fun i guess.Enjoy the visuals lol

I don't think this was bad because of the red flags or toxic nature of the characters (it would be fine if done well and  pushed a bit further than surface cliches). It was just not done in a way that was interesting in general. Is it the acting? Is it the character writing? I'm not sure, but this show was missing something. It was not a strong enough story and had a weak build up to the feelings for all couples. The relationships were pretty shallow from the beginning so i did not buy into any of them actually liking each other or care that much about their problems. The sprinkled nc scenes did not add much either. I think my mistake was binge watching because i skipped alot. I have seen worse though. It was watchable but nothing memorable.

Two lost souls find themselves at a beach. One a chef, the other a musician. Food, music and the sea brings them together after a happpy accident.  A simple concept with potential  but Holland and Gi Chan's star power was not enough  to save the whole show. The plot, story, styling and  overall execution was weak but this is an easy and short watch that could have been better.  

This was the year for  basketball themed BL but this was a bit of a let down. This is  a pretty slow paced and slow burn kind of show which s not a bad thing in my book. It is a pity the the plot and  characters did not connect with me . The overall performances felt awkward in the beginning but it did get better in that aspect .  This did not grow on me but it might be to other people's taste. It is just a casual watch to pass the time for me. 2022  was a good year for BL and  I probably just expected better.

Only watched 5 episodes might push through the rest at a later stage but for now... so far kind of meh

There is surely some higher order reasoning behind this 13 min short film.  Maybe a comment on vulnerability and nudity  or whatever. I can't pinpoint  the rationale or intent behind it. All I know is that  it  took a weird and kinky turn in the the name of concern.  I don't know how to rate this. I can only describe it is  a WTF experience... but i guess the  artsy and symbolic nature might be lost on me. I need more information for better judgement.
