- it's been 4 years since i last watched this, and honestly it's so much better than i even remember? the writing is sublime, every character feels authentic and sincere, even the bad guys. i really enjoyed rewatching this one, its definitely a season i will revisit many times in the future as a piece with lots of inspiring writing :) saebyeok the love of my life by the way

11. Squid Game Season 2

- man this shit was somehow even worse than i had imagined. i know a lot of people still like the second season, and the third one is where it goes downhill for them, but because i rewatched the first season prior to watching this one, the differences between the two are just too big and maybe even more clearly emphasized. the characters feel flat and lack a proper backstory, which is why i legit do not care about any of them. gihun makes such irrational decisions incompatible with his previously established personality that i find it hard to believe this is the same guy from the first season. even thanos, a fan favorite and portrayed by my love seunghyun, fell short for me and was nothing more than an exaggerated annoyance. so sad... it really feels like this series could have been so much more than what it now is, but oh well...

- easily worst watch of the year. just painful, honestly. none of the decisions that were made feel right and none of the characters feel sincere. the whole plot is so stupid and irrational that i just can't believe people would act like this irl (wym a detective lets some random person deceive him for actual years on end and some goofy mobster sees thru his act within 2 days). not to mention the ending is just laughable. safe to say i'll never watch this shit again thank you very much <3

- this was soooo good omg i really enjoyed this a lot and the acting felt super natural and realistic. all the characters had such good chemistry amongst each other, i thought this was super well done. definitely a new comfort watch for me aaahhhh

- i really enjoyed this drama a lot! initially i wanted to rate this higher, but when daeun had to fight her own battles for some episodes it kinda triggered me a little bit and so that's why i settled on an 8.5 (still really high !!!) amazing cast, really nice acting, really comforting in the beginning but it does become increasingly more distressful i think. but overall i really enjoyed this. got me wanting to watch more hopsital-esque dramas for sure!!

17. Crash Course in Romance

- for me this drama started out really nice and i actually really liked the premise, but man did it go downhill after the midway point. just bullshit after bullshit ngl, these people were just writing the wildest things just to see if they could get away with it or something. there's really no reason to turn a perfectly fine romance plot into a murder mystery, i promise.... and on top of that everything was written so extreme and all the characters were dipped in some sort of stereotype, which i loath. so yeah... really wanted to like this but sadly i ended up disliking it :(
