Mostly Fluffy, Short Dramas/movies for Escape - Collab

Thank you, thank you to all the collaborative list assemblers on BlueSky for helping compile this list of dramas (and some movies) that are fun, fluffy for the most part, and mostly short for when the world is too much with you!  A special shout-out to MsCrookedHalo for starting us off with a good sampling of bls.  There will most likely be a number of minidramas in here, but also normal dramas from countries which are typically shorter in length than others, such as jdramas. These are recommended dramas, but please note the recommendations are from a group effort, so I cannot comment on nor have I seen all of them. Hope you find some joyful escape in here and respite from heavy things.
