BL Dramas and Movies with actual Happy Endings

I will say some of the acting in the one was a little awkward but overall, it was a cute drama it follows the idea of a happy ending.

The overall chemistry between Wayo and Phan is a little awkward at some points but overall they have a happy and connected ending.

 As for the side couples, you do not get to see Fourth and Beam become a couple at all they just hint at some romance but you do get to see a bit with Kit and Ming. Although it is not as ideal as the main couple's ending.

This drama overall had a very satisfying ending.  Although there is not a lot of kissing or hand-holding in this drama both Tine and Sarawat have some cute chemistry.  Some parts of this may run a little slow but overall you get a happy ending for the main couple and  the side couple  Type and  Man

This one was honestly one of my favorites. Not only do Adachi and Kurosawa have great chemistry but I just can not get over how cute Adachi is. It was awkward at some points but overall I like the actors and believed they did a pretty good job.

I was also pleasantly surprised by how well their relationship went without skinship or the need for some 'typical' couple things.

I also enjoyed the side couple and the comedy of the show.

Not one of my favorites but it fits the idea of a happy ending. The acting was a  quite awkward and there were some parts that were hard to follow along with but overall it was a nice movie to watch. 

This movie is a bit weird at some points with the acting and some characters. I will add a *****warning ***** for those that are sensitive to domestic abuse as it has some of those themes, which I do not want to go into too much detail because it could ruin the main story.

Now this one is more of a bromance for the main character but there is a side couple that do end up together.

The story of this drama had an overall happy ending but there were some confusing parts in it.

Some were confused as to why Shi Lie's ex was brought in for the story and the background does not really come into play right away, but overall it was happy and the side couple gets quite a bit of airtime as well. More than I expected them to at least.

There is an odd start to this drama and some parts get a little confusing but overall it was good and I have watched it a few times. There were some awkward moments with the actors but nothing too big that would hinder the show as a whole. It was a cute short little series.

There is a happy ending for all couples (for those that might want to know) 

Not a series or a movie but although it is only 13 min. long it was cute. The acting was awkward and some of the plot was weird but that is to be a little expected of a short.

With a series made through the pandemic, I believe this one to be one of the better ones.

The way they meet seems realistic and not a completely roundabout way as you might see on a series that was focused on a pandemic romance.

The ending was a little weird, although it leaves with a happy ending you do not really get to see much with the couple. So hopefully they will make another season or special to make the story seem more complete. Although there is talk of a season 2.

Color Rush overall had a very unique idea for  BL. I quite enjoyed it but I know there were some people who did not.

Many did not like the idea that Yeon Woo gets so obsessed and the thoughts he has for  Yoo Han but it is important to the plot and the idea thing monos have to go through when they find their probe.

We do not get to learn much about what happened t Yeon Woos mom but there is a season 2 announced so hopefully that will clear some things up

Not going to lie this one was confusing. It does have a happy ending but I was confused a lot throughout the series.

Liek the previous one this one has some confusing parts but it connect well and is not as condusing as Love Mechanics. 

This one gives background to Love Mechanics so I recommend watching if you want to watch the others. It is a little awkward and confusing like the other two though.

This one has some confusing parts but the main are pretty good together and the chemistry seems well between them.

I'm  not quite sure about the side couple or if they can really be called that it was a bit muddy with them.

I do not know how I really feel about this one. It's confusing and some parts do not make sense, but the story overall had a nice undertone and some of it made sense in the end.

I did not quite understand the going into a game type of story it was just odd and the couple seemed a little oddly meshed together. The love triangle was a little weird as well but it all got sorted out in the end.

I could not stop laughing at this movie. So many odd and weird things happened but it seemed to fit the idea.

The background of Bai Tieh Nan is weird and not really described well (although it could just be the subbing) some of the story made no sense but it was cute and funny. The beginning was odd as well and they go back in the past with flashbacks a lot and there is a lot of storytelling as well, which can get confusing.

The story overall was confusing and some parts did not make sense. The sub was a bit off as well but it did have a good ending.

The idea is kind of weird but it ends up having a great plot that made me very interested in what was going to happen in the end. It kind of draws you in.

The relationship does seem odd and confusing especially since  Med is dead and so older than Thun but it works well and they even add in some things to make it easier to see them as a couple and not a bromance type of relationship.

I loved this for an online web drama. The story was cute and I ended up getting really invested in watching it.

It ends on a type of cliffhanger typical movie-like ending, but the movie made after this clarifies everything and makes the story better.

The ending is very well put together and it was interesting to see the characters actually interact with each other.

This one is my favorite out of the HIStory series. Not only was it a cute bit it had a storyline that seemed to fit together more. There are some odd moments that some may not like. I will add in a spoiler but the description of the series does mention some of it. ******Warning there are some themes of rape throughout the series so if you are sensitive to it I would note recommend.

The stepbrother romance is a little looked down upon in this series but it ends well and but couples are happy. It does make it seem like Ye Xing Si is the main character at first but it just goes to show how close of friends the main 3 characters are.

This one had some funny sense and overall it ended nice but there were some confusing parts with the plot itself.  The actors seemed a little awkward at some points but it was still pretty good.

I have no idea how to talk about this without being a spoiler but the story was alright. It was not my favorite but they do end up together and it just seems a little confusing with how they end up together and the ending seemed to confuse me even more but it was not terrible.

This one was pretty cute and just a little confusing at the beginning. I will warn there is somewhat of an age difference if some people do not like that.

I do not really have much to say about this one, but it does get a little confusing but the ending is not bad.

This basically is exactly as it says in the discription. Some are confused don whether or not it should be a bl but I think the ending speaks for itself.

All I have to say about this on is that it is short and cute but a little confusing.

Some may not see this as a completely happy ending but I believe it is and the way it ended made it to where they are together but at a distance because of their careers.

This one is odd and seems to jump around a lot, but the story is there and the ending is pretty good.

I personally loved this series, it had its awkward moments but  I loved Pete's character. Pete and Ae are awkward with each other but it fits...

Especially with it being Aes first love and realtionship. they did really well with showing this. The only problem I had was with Tin and Can's realtionship. It sharts and ends weird and I prefer the way they get together in the second season.

This is about Tin and Cans' story with some of Pete and Ae's. It was cute and has to be one of my favorites.

Pete was not in the series other than flashbacks because of some personal problems with the actors. So it is a little weird and heartbreaking in some scenes with Ae.

This has to be one of the weirdest series I have watched in the BL section. I do not really know how to describe it other than saying it is low quality and quite the odd one, but the ending was cute.

There were some odd parts in this series but I liked it and the ending was pretty good.

I felt honestly bad for Gump during a lot of it but the ending makes up for it a bit.

This is overall my favorite BL, not only does it go into more serious matters but it actually has a plot around BL. It's not just about the couple, but about the town, they live in and what is going on there. I love the idea of it being a Murder Mystery type of drama. It also has Max and Tul as the main actors, which I know a lot of people like because of their chemistry. *****Warning**** this does deal with topics like suicide, death, sex trafficking, and drugs.

Some of the couple scenes may seem thrown in there and at an awkward time. There is also a hint of a romance blooming with two other characters in the last few scenes that may surprise some viewers.

This also deals with the topic of abortion as well.*******

This is a cute and mini-series. Some of the plot does not make sense but overall I do recommend it for those who want a happy ending.

This series may seem a little odd because of the way it was directed and the sheer amount of dogs Ace has. There is some good comedy in it though and some of it gets a little more heated than other BLs.

There is some drama with the actor of Ace but it is not really relevant to the story. 

Overall the acting on some parts was a little weird, especially with Bon and Deun but it was cute and their relationship is cute.

This series has the larges amount of couples that I have seen in a series which is pretty cool. Of course, Duen and Bon end up together but it is not very clear with Ram and King (a side couple) it leaves them off on a cliffhanger. While Mek and Boss get a better ending. There is also a fourth possible coupling.

There is an announcement of a second season but both Mek and another character are not able to be apart of it which is a little difficult because they are main side characters so hopefully the figure something out and do not end up doing something like Love by Chance 2.

This is something short and sweet to watch if you have the time. Nothing really heavy or complicated.

I liked this one but some parts felt rushed. The ended like they had to push it and I would have liked to see more of them together after, but that is how I feel about a lot of series. Overall it is cute and not too hard to watch.

This starts off a little weird but it is cute overall and has some good plot.

It is a little odd with how it randomly brings in a fiance solo but it ends up in a pretty good way. Solo's dad is also very annoying in the beginning.

This is the weirdest bl I have watched the point that I do not really have anything to say about it.

This is just a small little short video. Its not the best but it still is a little cute.

This is a very popular series with many people and it does pretty well for itself. I quite enjoyed the way they created it and how the characters interact with each other.

There were some side stories that were a little hard to understand or get into though.

This season seemed like a pretty good wrap-up of SOTUS in a way. I do not want to say much because it would spoil too much but it was pretty enjoyable.

Overall it was pretty good and the interactions were good. I loved the second season just as much as the first although the ending was a little weird and felt rushed.

There were some characters that made the series quite irritating but if you watch around that it was pretty good. Defiantly recommend watching the end credits a bit on the last episode cause I almost missed a small scene.

This does deal with rape and assault on a minor. Along with homophobia and hate speech.

Although it deals with these topics I quite enjoyed how it started and ended it followed a lot of what the book had in it.  I absolutely enjoyed Tharn and Types chemistry through the series. Both Mew and Gulf did a great job.

I like the first season was better but this one was not bad. There were some odd parts and situations that I felt weren't needed but it wasn't the worst. I did have higher expectations because of the first season and the special ep.

This was an odd one and might confuse some if they watch it but if you just go along with it and focus on the main storyline it is not too bad and pretty cute.

I absolutely loved the story of this series. It made me smile and it was not hard to follow along with.

This one was not one of my favorites especially with the storyline there for a bit but it ended wall and was an interesting watch.

This series started off well and ended on a happy note with some weird and random parts that did not make sense at all and seemed rushed. But overall it was good and I would still recommend it.

Warning: This series does deal with issues of suicide, as it is the main point of the red threat storyline.  

I absolutely adored this series even though it had its awkward moments but the story was so deep and I loved the side characters just as much as I did with the main characters. It was both heartbreaking and warm that it almost made me cry on many occasions. It does have a happy ending but the story just happens to have a deep meaning.

There is not a lot of BL but I do recommend it for Dr. Nat. He was great throughout the series.

This series was confusing and slow at the beginning and a bit towards the end so it was not my favorite but it was a cute series to watch.

I really liked this series, but one of my favorites but I liked the main characters and how they interacted with each other.

This series had some confusing parts but the love story was cute and I was pretty happy with how it was. It's a little sad that it's so short because it seems rushed in some parts but it was not a bad watch.

I thought that the story would be a little different based on the description but it was not bad in the direction they went. I enjoyed how the actors were with each other and how some of the scenes played out. I liked it more than I thought I would because it is a bit slow but not terrible.

This was a very funny and cute series that I did not think I would get into at the beginning but it ended well .

Although it leads to a romance for Mob the ending seems kind of rushed and I was a little confused about where the romance came from but it was cute and very funny.

This ep. was really cute and I liked the interactions between Tharn and Type throughout it. 

I liked the overall idea of this series which is why I gave it a good rating. It has some conflict and all and it gets resolved in a messy way but the coupling was nice. I felt that there were some parts where I was getting annoyed at the characters but in the end, I liked it but it was not one of my favorites.

This has to be one of my favorite HIStory series. It has the comedy and romance that felt needed. Both couples brought in an interesting storyline. Although I wish there was more to it (especially with the secondary couple) It ended in a more realistic way that I feel is happy. I do not want to go into a  lot of detail because it is definitely worth the watch.

One of my favorite shorts. It has a lot of the right amount of tension and I really wish they could have made this into a series. The relationship kind of reminded me of 2gether. Not in the way the relationship is beloved or anything. Mostly with hoe they went from strangers to lovers. Especially with how they found out about each other.

I am not going to lie about this but I did not have a lot of hope for this one at the beginning. I dropped it a few times and almost did not finish it. I am so glad that I did though. Although the synopsis makes it seem like the story is going in another direction, I love how it ended. Of course, there are some things that felt repetitive but I loved Tutor and I wish we could have seen more about him and the situation that he was out in. It would have made a more stable background. Some things just seemed to be magically fixed instead of played out.

I came into this not being sure about how I would feel about Fiat, especially with the storyline from TharnType season 2. I thought I would not really enjoy the series because of Fiats personality but I ended up loving it. It quickly became one of my favorite series and couplings. They did a really good job although there were some things that I did not understand or really like that they tried to add. But sadly that is how shows work in order to keep people entertained.

This series had its ups and downs. I really liked the ending but I was not happy with how Mix was treated.  There were some odd parts with the series but it makes sense with only having 5 episodes, there is only so much that you can do and go dor in such a  short amount of time. Overall it was short and easy to watch.

I really did not like how the fans were treating Mix during the whole series. It's also the fact that it really did seem like Match was using him. He never said anything to address the harsh comments and instead thrived off of the views. It made my heart reach out to Mix although some of his actings was a little forced. Other than that I thought it was pretty nice. Not one of my top favorites but I would not mind rewatching it.

Talk about a rollercoaster of emotions. There was not a single episode that I did not feel my heart going out to Third. Gun did such a good job in portraying the heartbreak and the amount of love Third had for Khai. The same goes for Off as well. He does such a good job playing the arrogant yet (once the dating starts) loving character. The character change was one of my favorites and I loved how **spoiler** Third did not just give in right away. He made him work for it and tried to make himself happy. Got to love someone that wants to work and make themselves happy.

I could not stop the tears in so many scenes, whether it was Third getting hurt and used over and over again or Khai finally realizing what he has done. One scene where you can really see the character development is the train station scene and that is all I am going to say about that.

This one is not particularly happy at the end but I feel it should still be added. I honestly didn't mind the ending like I thought I would. The story tied together pretty well. Although it was not particularly happy I feel like that's just how it should have gone and it would have dragged on if it had a different ending. Although I do prefer happy endings this is one I could watch over and over and still be happy with how it was.
