i don't fully understand why everyone is so upset about the ending

like sure it's not the ending people expected but it was a great ending for the main characters. especially Na's

i think sometimes productions focus more on copying the exact scenes from the novel instead of adapting them properly, and that can affect the pacing and emotional build up of the shows
