Historical Dramas with Satisfying Happy Endings

The BEST and happiest ending I have ever seen in a Republican Era drama. 

My FAVOURITE ending in a historical (costume) drama.

Happy and satisfying ending that is also open. Should have had a season 2, but this season had a good ending.

I really liked the ending of this drama. It was satisfying and as happy as it could get for a drama where the male lead is a Crown Prince/Emperor. Actually, much happier than usual dramas where the leads are from Royal lineage. 

A happy ending as expected for this type of short, fluffy, romcoms with very little drama.

A really good ending for ALL the characters you will grow to love.

Could have been better, but it is as happy and as good as you will get for a drama about an Emperor as the main lead and love interest.

Definitely a happy ending, a bit confusing  and a really LONG wait for the leads but they get their ending.

I only put part 2 here because the story ends on this part, but Part 1 also had a happy ending, but it was open leading to part 2.

A LOT of angst. Long drama but it never gets boring, leads go through a lot and finally get their happy ending.

Another republican era drama. It has a happy ending, but it dragged a lot and the leads go through hell and back so many times and the villains get a way with more than they should have before getting caught.

This one is technically time travel, but the FMC time travels from several years in the future right after her death to the past right before the tragedy leading to her death starts. There isn't much fantasy elements to this drama other than the fact that she goes to the past. But this drama is technically set in a novel, it starts if with the author writing a novel than the author changing the ending of the novel, so the drama is meant to be set in a novel, this is likely due to censorship so I still included this drama to the list. The novel that this drama is based on is etirely a historical novel.

This one is technically time travel, but the characters time travel from several years (decades) in the future right after their death to the past eight before they got married so it is a historical setting throughout. There is not much fantasy elements other than the fact that the characters have a second chance to change their future.
