honestly i really loved this drama, the only reason i put it on hold was because i already saw spoilers about the ending... will continue it and review it afterwards

put it on hold because i watched qot at the same time and this was just not as interesting for me, i'll finish it sometime tho and review it afterwards

i really loved this one, would recommend this always if it wasn't for ksh. i have to honestly say, i loved the acting, the cinematography and also the ost was amazing. i cried so so so much and i fell in love with kim jiwon even more. you could really see her talent shine through in this drama imo and everything was well produced. this drama had me hooked from the 1st ep and i loved the flow of the plot at the beginning BUTT this drama is the perfect example of less being more. the way it got more and more dramatic, intense and unrealistic towards the end threw me off so bad. personally i feel like they could have stopped at either ep12 or the latest at ep14. there were quite a few moments where i had to stop cause it pissed me off or got me like ??? the writing was dissapointing towards end, even tho i was so emotionally invested in this

really liked byeon wooseok in here and i also liked the cinematography and the plot idea/concept but honestly?? fl was pissing me off so often, her character was SO annoying and her always butting in other peopple's business and not realizing that her way to start this whole saving ml thing was lowkey so weird and just straight up creepy??? hello?? ever heard of boundaries, bffr... and also this whole murder bs made no fucking sense to me, it was so dramatic for no fucking reason like wdym fl, ml and the murderer just have to be connected in every single fucking timeline like is there no proper explanation to it?? and the way it was solved was so dissapointing. there were some cute scenes but the writing was lowkey bad. overall, this was just overhyped because of byeon wooseok imo, it was just an okay ish drama, would have stayed better as a simple romcom... i feel like they tried to bring the 2016s cliche drama plot back but failed miserably with the crime plot

call me dramatic but i could relate to the fl and her relationship to her mother so so much. i feel like it was so well written in terms of family's expectations and the struggles coming with it being, especially from the eldest daughter's pov. just seeing the fl struggling and wanting to finally rest and her mother still having expectations of her was so heartbreaking to me. i cried so much in the beginning of the drama, i just loved how they went about it with those topics and showcased those struggles. i also loved how they included the struggles of the younger brother, showing that not only the fl is struggling with her mom's expectations. also the other character's felt so well written to me, everyone had their own flaws and thus felt so real in some kind of way? also the side couple was super adorable and moeum was my fav character. their love story was kinda more interesting for me than the main cp. there were some flaws tho such as the fl's workplace issues?? idk it felt like it wasn't as deep compared to the way she was struggling, kinda overdramatic as they continued to reveal that part of her backstory and some parts also felt kinda draggy. but overall, it was a very heartwarming slice of life kinda drama for me, a comforting watch with comedic elements. and the acting in this one was also amazing. 

i loved some characters and some scenes but plot wise? there was literally none imo, a whole season just to introduce some new characters and that's about it
