BL Series That Gave My Life Purpose Again

I had a full depression when I finished this series. I couldn't even enjoy watching the other series I was watching. I couldn't even bear to watch edits of this series without breaking down. Even as I write this note, 3 DAYS after finishing this series, I'M ON THE VERGE OF TEARS.

I very quickly realized that we might NEVER get a series even remotely close to competing with this one. I am grieving, and will continue to do so for the next few years.

After I finished this series, I cried. The next morning, I woke up, made breakfast, and sat down and cried as I ate my buttered toast.

This was... Omg. Every series on this list has its up comings and shortcomings. Personally, I LOVE fantasy elements and action elements in romance series. 

THIS. This gave everything I could ask for. Mystery, Romance, Fantasy. The production quality is good. Certain aspects were so realistic they had me on the edge of my seat and sobbing.

I'll be coming back to re-watch this series when my memory 'Reset's in a few months to a year. OHOHOHO. THEY SAID RESET. LIKE THE SERIES. ?

This might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it was mine, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

This is not just a BL.

Warning: The last episode leaves off on a cliffhanger. But the rest of the story is in the novel.

Unfortunately, it seems the 2nd season was cancelled. Not a lot of information has been released on the situation, sadly.

But even without a second season, the cliffhanger feels like an ellipses.

It's not the end. There's more to be said.

I actually watched this earlier this year, but I focused too much on the shortcomings. I gave it a rating of 7.5 and went on with my life. Months later, I decided to give this series a second chance. And it was the best decision I could make.

Some said that the sudden action element threw the balance off, but honestly, those elements were established in the beginning. I didn't mind them.

The main characters have such a beautiful emotional bond. You hardly ever see true, deep emotional bonds like this. I truly did enjoy hearing their stories, and getting to know each character.

"The deaf can do everything expect hearing."

This is like a one sided enemies to lovers.

The cinematography in this series is stunning. I felt immersed and in love in every scene. I especially LOVED the yearning. The storyline, the plot, the characters. I loved it all. 

This series will forever go down as the first time I spent HOURS writing how much I loved this series.
