I mean, you could say she dreamed the whole thing, then the "happy ending" never happened but could happen. I just ignored that last part thb.

If I'm not wrong (I watched it so many year ago), this have an open ending.

To me, its ending was sad.

I get it, they ended up together till they were old, but they couldn't exist in the same universe, so they could see each other for a limited time.

This is so depressing, I can't believe I finished it.
