Worst BLs of All Time - Ranked Most to Least Terrible

Terrible acting and direction, to the point of embarrassment. 

Meandering storytelling. Awful.

Even the glory that is Ohm cannot save this turd.

If Nanon is a romantic lead, let alone a butch, gay top, I am the Poop, I mean the Pope. The "plot" is juvenile and, toward the end, makes little sense.

The rapturous, unhinged praise heaped upon this series by standards-free, fangirl MDLers (MASTERPIECE!), in direct opposition to reality, cements my assessment of BB as the second-worst BL ever made.

A truly great show blown to smithereens by its soul-crushing, homophobic, final 15 minutes. I have no problem with sad, even tragic endings. Such things happen. But here we have writers and a director who deliberately and aggressively set up the audience to anticipate a cathartic, joyful conclusion; and then pull the rug out from under us at the last second.

I envision the director, gloating over his victim-viewers as he says "lol, gotchya dumbasses! You actually fell for it!"

The most audience-insulting ending of any BL ever made.

Ugly stereotypes of screaming queen faggots make up half the cast list, with one-quarter gender-nonspecific stereotypes and one-quarter straight characters who are inexplicably hot for the afformentioned first half of the cast.

Cringe city train wreck.

Bad acting, bad direction, bad writing, zero chemistry, plain faces, and radar dish ears.

A botched abortion from start to finish. 

Second-worst, nonsensical, bad acid trip, second-season plot/writing, after Love By Chance 2.

Two very pretty leads, one of whom can't act to save his life, do not a quality BL make. The one who can't act also didn't bother to learn to play the guitar or sing for his role as a popular...guitar player and singer. The way the director tries to get around that actor-laziness is one of the most cringe things about this show.

I'm not willing to sit through screen-trash just to look at handsome men; I can do that with photographs. So, I didn't.

Everything above applies by a factor of 10 to the sequel.

Depressing. Suicide-inducing. Unintelligible. Characters and their actions devoid of comprehensible motivation. Awful.

Really bad to a comical extent, but not in a funny way.

Dull. Lifeless. Stupid. Cliche. 

Season 2 is even worse, as mentioned above.
