Comedy

There is comedy simply because the protagonist is a ray of light in a dark, desperate world of intrigue and murder. The comedy isn't always roll-on-the-floor laughing, but there is humor (often sarcastic) and wit. It's a drama rich in mystery and unexpected twists.

There are three seasons, one of which hasn't debuted. If the series ends well, I can see improving my rating to 10 stars; I like this series that well.

For a comedy, a silly one at that, this had depth and even made me cry.

Supernatural counseling with comedy interspersed between grudges.

A sweet coming-of-age tale that blends gentle comedy with life lessons. Feel good story.

K-dramas mix genres so well. Reply 1988 is a slice-of-life, coming-of-age story interspersed with drama, comedy, and the most poignant love triangle I've viewed. Sung Deok Sun is ridiculous but endearing; she brings the sunshine to balance out the pain. Easily, this drama is one of my favorites.
