Charlotte Chou is a Taiwanese actress, cosplayer, blogger, live streamer, and YouTuber from Taipei, Taiwan. She is the founder of Zhou Xun Entertainment Studio (周荀演藝工作室) and Yingxu Entertainment (螢緒娛樂).

Chou attended the music program at National San Chong High School (國立三重高中) and later enrolled in the music department at the National University of Singapore (新加坡國立大學) after skipping grades. She also passed the entrance exam for the Royal Academy of Music in the UK but chose to return to Taiwan without attending.

During her time at the National University of Singapore, Chou developed an interest in cosplay. In 2011, she began managing the Facebook fan page "Underground Basement Boy DenKa" (地下室少年DenKa), where she shared cosplay photos and live-streamed gaming sessions. In May 2014, she signed her first contract and began focusing on acting and video game-related content.

In January 2015, Chou founded Zhou Xun Entertainment Studio to help cosplayers generate income through their work. She later established Yingxu Entertainment in March 2019, which operated until it was dissolved in December 2021.
