Choe Seong Min is a South Korean comedian. He graduated from Chungnam Machinery and Technology High School and later obtained an associate's degree from Goguryeo University.

Before debuting, he traveled around the country with 3 other aspiring comedians and appeared in regional festivals and special events. He earned an opportunity to appear in "People Looking for a Laugh" for one month in 2002.

He made his official debut in 2005 as part of the 8th open recruitment for comedians at SBS and won the Male Rookie of the Year award at the 2006 SBS Comedy Awards.

However, around 2010, he stopped appearing on SBS, and rumors began circulating about a possible conflict. He later appeared in public to beg for an opportunity to appear on TV as he claimed he was being blocked by senior comedian Park Seung Dae. As more details and evidence emerged, it was clear that he was indeed blocked by Park as he decided not to join Park's agency and sign an unfavorable contract. He also convinced other comedians from the 8th class not to sign, which ended up causing a bigger conflict.

Both reconciled on a YouTube show 15 years later and also clarified that Park managed to get him back on TV with a spot on "Comedy Big League" as a way of apologizing for the past.

He now appears on YouTube and works as an independent artist.
