Nakajima Miyuki is a legendary Japanese singer, songwriter, writer, and radio personality from Sapporo, Hokkaido. She made her debut as a singer in 1975 and has released 44 studio albums, 48 singles, 6 live albums, and multiple compilations as of September 2023. Her sales have been estimated at more than 21 million copies.

Nakajima Miyuki is the only Japanese solo artist to have reached No. 1 on the Oricon Singles Chart for four periods. She is also the only musician to have participated in the National Language Council of Japan.
