He made his debut in June 2013 as the group's main dancer and lead rapper with their first single, "Party Rock." They were co-managed by Universal Music Group (유니버설 뮤직) and Happy Tribe Entertainment (해피트라이브엔터테인먼트).
The following year, the group faced some controversy when the MV of the song "Get Down" included sexy and provocative scenes and blood-splatting battle scenes, which were a homage to the movie "Mad Max". The Korean censorship rated the video 19+, so it could not be aired on public TV. The group had to film a second version of the song in order to be able to promote it in all music shows without being banned.
In September 2018, the agency announced that it had reached an agreement with all the members, and after a concert on September 30, they went on an indefinite hiatus, a move that surprised many fans as they had enjoyed some success in the past five years.
He enlisted for his mandatory military enlistment on August 5, 2019, and was discharged on February 25, 2021.
While the group has never announced an official disbandment, apart from a supporting role in the 2019 drama "Doctor Detective," he appears to be out of the entertainment industry.
