Debbie Huang is a Taiwanese singer, music producer, and actress born in Taipei, Taiwan. She graduated from the Berklee College of Music in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree and later pursued a master’s in composition at Musashino Gakuin University (武蔵野学院大学) in Tokyo, Japan, starting in 2011. In August 2015, she released her first solo single, "Listen to Love" (聽愛), under the name "Debbie." She is affiliated with CTC Entertainment (CTC娛樂).
