He made his debut in May 2022 (under the stage name Mikey) as BLANK2Y's rapper and dancer with their first mini-album, "K2Y I : Confidence [Thumbs Up]". They were managed by Keystone Entertainment (키스톤 엔터테인먼트) but were unsuccessful as the team faced lineup changes and a lack of promotional activities. They quietly disbanded in October 2023.
In January 2024, it was revealed that SUPER JUNIOR's Eunhyuk and ONE PACT's Jongwoo would be producing a new boy group through a reality show titled "K-Pop House". He re-debuted (under his real name) in July 2024 as a member of CELEST1A with the digital single "Panda". Unfortunately, in November 2024, and less than 4 months after debuting, Birdman (the group's agency) announced their disbandment.
