He debuted in September 2008 as a stage actor with a role in the musical "The Life". He continued to appear in supporting roles in several stage productions. In 2015, he made his debut as part of sub-unit ULALA PRAISE (울랄라 프레이즈) with their first full-length album, "Sunny Day". This sub-unit stop releasing new material in 2019 when Ha Jun Seok opted to leave the group. He decided to join ULALA SESSION full-time but had been working with Kim Myung Hoon since early 2016. Then, in 2022, he was convinced by Park Seung Il to participate in the competition "Sing Again Season 2", managing to reach the top 10.
