Ohtani Mio is a former Japanese gravure idol from Neyagawa, Osaka, Japan, currently affiliated with the live streaming agency 321 Inc. She developed an interest in the entertainment industry during elementary school, inspired by the group Morning Musume (モーニング娘).

After retiring from the entertainment industry in 2014, she married and became a housewife. In March 2019, she announced her return to the industry through a Twitter post and began streaming on platforms such as SHOWROOM and 17 Live.

At the time of her retirement, Ohtani was affiliated with K-point. Previously, she had been represented by Maimu Pro (舞夢プロ) and Vision Factory (ヴィジョンファクトリー).

On August 13, 2023, she re-debuted as a member of the idol group Pale Tulle (ペールチュール), under the 321 Inc. Idol Division.
