Louis Liu, born Liu Lu Tsun (劉祿存), is a Taiwanese R&B and rap singer, actor, and voice actor. He is the lead vocalist of the band S.E.C Super Energized Children (S.E.C 超能兒) and a former member of the boy band Choc7. Liu debuted as a member of Channel V's program "Mo Fan Bang Bang Tang" (模范棒棒堂) and is currently affiliated with Orange Art Creative Co., Ltd. (橙藝創意有限公司) since 2021.

Liu studied Foreign Languages and Literature at Nanhua University (南華大學) before transferring to Hsing Wu University of Science and Technology (醒吾技術學院) for an Applied English program. His previous record label was Gold Typhoon (金牌大風) from 2008 to 2009, and his past talent agencies include Channel V (2008–2011), Invincible Culture Co., Ltd. (天下無敵國際文化有限公司) (2012–2015), and Yiteng Entertainment Co., Ltd. (藝騰娛樂有限公司) (2018–2020).

Liu's family includes his eldest sister, Nina Liu (劉佳怜), an event host; his second sister, Chiago Liu (劉容嘉), a Channel V host; and his third sister, Liu Tai Ying (劉黛瑩), an actress. He is currently dating model Wei Hsvan (唯瑄).
