"Thanaerng" Kanyawee Songmuang is a model actress and executive born in Roi Et province, Thailand. She graduated from Thammasat University's College of Interdisciplinary Studies where she studied philosophy, politics, and economics. Previously, she had studied textile and fashion design at Thammasat University.

Thanaerng began working in the entertainment industry in 2012 when she competed in “Miss Teen Thailand” and “Thai Super Model Contest 2013.” Competing in “Hormones: The Next Gen,” Thanaerng made it to the top six. With this, she went on to star and make a name for herself in “Hormones 2” (2014).

Thanaerng soon signed with Nadao Bangkok where her talent was nurtured. On December 25, 2021, Nadao Bangkok announced that Kanyawee's contract with the company would expire later that year and she became a free agent. Following these events, in February 2022, Thanaerng launched the talent agency QOW Entertainment alongside her then-boyfriend, fellow actor “Jaylerr” Krissanapoom Pibulsonggram. The agency aims to manage both their future works and those of other artists under the label.
