She made her debut in 2010 with a minor role in the drama "Three Brothers". She then became interested in broadcasting, so she entered Afreeca TV as a BJ in 2013 and worked as a commercial model.
However, on December 14, 2015, she was reported dead at the age of 22. Originally, news reports published her death as part of a traffic accident, but several hours later, new reports stated that her death was due to suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning after she lit several charcoal briquettes in a room. She was laid to rest in the indoor columbarium at Ganghwa Paradise Memorial Park. The controversy regarding the cause of death remains until now, as many view the false reports and the reported way of taking her own life as highly questionable.
