Kim So Hee is a South Korean-born cook and culinary researcher. She has dual German and Austrian citizenship and spends most of her time living in Austria.

In 1984, she decided to move to Austria to study high school. She struggled with the culture as she faced discrimination and was isolated in an unfamiliar country. Her mother encouraged her, and she completed her education in Fashion. She then spent the next years working in the fashion industry in Austria and Germany. When she turned 30, she wondered about her future and decided to change paths and became a culinary researcher and chef.

She opened a Japanese restaurant in Vienna in 1995, the restaurant became a massive hit but she was later scammed out of her investment money and lost everything. She built herself back up and re-opened her restaurant, which is now one of the most famous restaurants in Vienna. She specializes in Korean fusion food and brings Korean pears and other ingredients that are hard to find in Europe in order to make her dishes authentic.

In South Korea, she appeared as a judge on "Master Chef Korea" and in other variety shows. But, her busy schedule took over, and she did not appear on TV for 6 years until returning in 2025 for an episode of "Please Take Care of My Refrigerator Season 2".
