She made her debut in Japan in September 2012 as PURETTY's vocalist and rapper with their first single, "Cheki Love", used as the theme song for the anime "Pretty Rhythm: Dear My Future". The group was managed by DSP Media (DSP미디어), but their debut was not very successful, and the agency decided to first delay and later postpone their South Korean debut. PURETTY ended up disbanding in January 2014 without ever debuting in South Korea.
She then became an actress, but after appearing in a minor role in the 2020 movie "Ensemble", she appears to be out of the entertainment industry.
