Or Yik Yi (English: Myth Or) is a British actress, singer, and comedian based in Hong Kong. She speaks Cantonese and Japanese.

She was previously the director and one of the hosts of the news satire programmes of TV Most (毛記電視). She was also the previous vocalist of the band Autumn Cicada (秋蟬). From 2015 to 2025, she used the stage name Poon Choi Ying Chi (literal meaning: a plate of food Ying Tze), which is a pun parody of TVB News anchor Poon Tsui Ying (盤翠瑩).

Beside her role in the satire programmes, she has been an opinion leader among the younger generation of Hong Kong people and has impact on the recent emergence of a Hong Kong identity. She is also known for her involvement in pro-democratic activism.
