Cha Se Jeong, known professionally as Epitone Project (에피톤 프로젝트), is a South Korean singer-songwriter and composer.

He began his career in 2005 when his song "A Conversation Between Two Men and Women," uploaded to an online community, gained public attention. He made his official debut in December 2006 with the EP, "1229". He became a one-man band called EPITONE PROJECT, choosing the name Epitone from a track by Japanese musician Kazuhiko Maeda.

In mid-2008, he signed a contract with Pastel Music that included public appearances and a new album. He also held his first solo concert the following year despite suffering from severe stage fright. He continues to collaborate with other artists and occasionally appear on TV shows. He is represented by Interpark Entertainment (인터파크엔터테인먼트).
