Chang Shu Wei is a Taiwanese actor and singer born in Guanxi, Hsinchu, Taiwan. He debuted on July 12, 2002, as a member of the pop group Energy, initially as vice leader. When the group resumed activities in 2007, he became the leader and lead vocalist. He is affiliated with Chuan Xuan Media (傳軒媒體) and graduated from the Department of Industrial Design at Ming Chi University of Technology (明志科技大學). His record labels include Universal Music (環球音樂) from 2002 to 2009 and B'in Music (相信音樂) from 2024 onward.

Before joining Energy, Shu Wei won first place in a singing competition organized by Rock Records (滾石唱片) but did not release an album due to internal company decisions. As he considered enlisting in the military, he was invited by Energy’s then-manager to join the group. Originally planned as a duo with Ah Di, the addition of Niu Nai led to the formation of a dance-oriented boy band, with Shu Wei and Ah Di as lead singers.

He married actress Oranga Chieh (謝京穎) in 2023.
