Enatsu Yuko, born Suzuki Chiyo (鈴木千代) in Nakano, Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese actress. After marriage, she changed her name to Meguro Chiyo (目黒千代). She graduated from Tokyo Kasei Gakuin High School (東京家政学院高等学校).

In 1966, she joined the Toho Theater Division (東宝演劇部) at the invitation of screenwriter Kikuta Kazuo (菊田一夫) and made her stage debut in Reikai-sama to Ningen-sama (霊界さまと人間さま) at Geijutsuza (芸術座).

In 1981, she married actor Meguro Yuki (目黒祐樹) in Honolulu after 11 years of dating; they had become engaged in 1979. They have a daughter, actress Konoe Hana (近衛はな).

In 2009, Enatsu underwent treatment for hepatitis C (C型肝炎). In recent years, her media appearances have mainly involved her family, including her husband and daughter, as well as occasional appearances in travel programs.

Her family has a notable connection to the entertainment industry: her paternal grandfather was kabuki actor Ichikawa Shocho II (市川松蔦二世), her uncle is kabuki actor Ichikawa Monnosuke VIII (市川門之助), her father-in-law is actor Konoe Jushiro (近衛十四郎), her mother-in-law is actress Mizukawa Yaeko (水川八重子), her brother-in-law is actor Matsukata Hiroki (松方弘樹), her nephew is actor Meguro Daiju (目黒大樹), and her niece is model Nishina Hitomi (仁科仁美).
