He was a trainee under withHC Entertainment (위드에이치씨) and made his debut in 2020 as WITHUS's lead vocalist and visual with their first digital single, "Dogaebi: It."
In 2022, he entered the singing competition "Stars Awakening." As part of team idol who were declared the winners and as part of the Top 7, he was allowed to join as a member of the show's project group managed by n.CH Entertainment (n.CH엔터테인먼트).
They released a pre-debut mini-album, "Salty", and he officially debuted as N.SSIGN's lead dancer and sub-vocalist in August 2023 with the album "Birth of Cosmo".
In December 2024, n.CH announced he was leaving the group and the agency due to health concerns. His status with WITHUS has not been informed.
