Ha Seok Hee is a South Korean singer, dancer, and former member of KAIROS (카이로스) and CELEST1A (셀레스티아). He graduated from Gimhae Jeil High School and is enrolled in the K-Pop program at Howon University.

He made his debut in September 2021 as KAIROS's main vocalist with their first single, "No Limit". They were managed by Howon University as the school attempted to launch an idol group, taking advantage of their own K-Pop program. They disbanded in early 2022 as some of the members graduated from the university.

Later that month, it was revealed that SUPER JUNIOR's Eunhyuk and ONE PACT's Jongwoo would be producing a new boy group through a reality show titled "K-Pop House". He re-debuted in July 2024 as a member of CELEST1A with the digital single "Panda".

However, Birdman (the group's agency) announced in September 2024 that he would suspend his activities with the group without any information regarding his status. Unfortunately, CELEST1A officially disbanded in November 2024.

He has participated in several survival shows, most recently in "Project 7".
