Yoko Mari is a former Japanese actress . She was born in Tokyo and graduated from Teikyo Women's Junior College (now Teikyo University Junior College).

Around 1987, she began working as a model under her real name, Hisanaga Mari, and made her debut in 1989 as the heroine Tsujiguchi Yoko in the TV Asahi 30th anniversary drama "Hyoten ." Her stage name is a combination of her real name and the names of her characters. She continued to work mainly in dramas and also served as a model for TV Asahi's opening and closing videos. She got married at the age of 22 and retired from the entertainment industry at the age of 27.
