Seo Young Ju

While in college, he was part of a band but only doing vocals. He decided to learn guitar when he was completing his mandatory military service. He then appeared as a contestant in "I Can See Your Voice 6" and "Sing Again".
In 2017, he joined three other musicians he had met since his college days and formed NERD CONNECTION, an indie band inspired by British pop and alternative rock music from the 1990s and early 2000s. He made his debut in August 2018 as the band's vocalist and sub-guitarist with the single "Hymn of the Birds". That same year, they won the EMERGENZA World Band Competition and qualified for the Taubertal Festival in Germany.
All members signed with indie label Your Summer (유어썸머) in 2021.
