He participated in JTBC's survival show "Super Band" and joined three other contestants to form the rock band BANDAGE with him as the electric guitarist. When the show ended, they released their first digital single album, "Square One", in April 2020.
In December 2023, IST Entertainment (아이에스티엔터테인먼트) announced that the band had departed the agency as they did not renew their contracts. No news about their current status has been released.
